Faulty items

An item is only deemed faulty due to manufacturing fault only. If the item has been misused, abused, damaged through use or otherwise modified we will not be able to provide a refund. If the product is faulty we will issue you with an Returns reference number and advise you on the most suitable way to return the goods. Please remember that:

Faulty products that were purchased over 30 days ago are not eligible for refund or exchange,
We will replace or refund faulty items provided that the fault is not the result of misuse. Please see our faulty products as a result of misuse section for more information.
Faulty or Damaged items must be reported either by phone/in-writing /email within 24 hours of receiving the order in the UK and 7 days overseas. A returns form must be included with any faulty or damaged item returned, with a clear description of the fault or damage.

Great dress/gown - One issue ‘Self-Resolved’

So the dress itself is gorgeous, and fits a treat, in all the right places, and skims the ‘wrong places’, as you would expect - at this price point your paying for a good ‘cut’, yes?
However, there was a tailor’s chalk visible “12” on the rear cape section of the dress. Not a big issue, and after some brushing and steaming it’s gone. I just think at the price, you expect it’s ready to wear. When was the last time you went to a high street chain and found the size chalked on a garment?
Longer term quality of materials and workmanship are yet to be seen. If there is an opportunity to update this review in 6 months, I will do so.
